About Villa Miami

An independent buyer and broker guide to the project story, publicly presented development partners, and Edgewater context. Not the official developer site.

Villa Miami (also referenced in sales materials as 710 Edgewater Condominium) is a new-construction residential project in Edgewater, Miami. Marketing frames it as “A Major Food Group Residential Experience” — full- and half-floor residences plus duplex and triplex homes, with a hospitality and amenity program.

Public marketing associates project visionaries Terra and One Thousand Group, hospitality and lifestyle with Major Food Group, architecture with ODP Architects, interiors with Charles & Co / Vicky Charles, landscape with Enzo Enea, and residence kitchens with a Mario Carbone chef’s-kitchen narrative. Offering materials identify the developer entity as 710 Edge Property, LLC (Delaware). Brand licenses and the brand’s contractual role after sale should be read in the prospectus.

Level stacks in sales materials conflict (including 55-floor / 49-residential wording versus penthouse level labels). This site does not hard-code a single story count. Delivery is not published here.

History & positioning

The project is presented as a bayfront Edgewater tower with a cast-bronze exoskeleton and a gemstone-inspired glass amenity podium. Grounds are described as piazza-style with Enzo Enea gardens and baywalk adjacency. Construction progress has been shown publicly; this site does not convert groundbreaking or pour footage into a completion year.
